To provide a wider and comprehensive information service for businesses at the festival, offering access to maps, listings, tourist information, travel information, the ability to report a crime and circulate missing persons details. To be communicated out at no cost and built for consumer convenience.
A temporary network was put in place across the town covering all key areas. When visitors move around the town they would receive a wide range of content from festival maps, listings, event times etc. on their phones - instantaneously and for free. The visitors then have unlimited access to send and receive information whilst within the town.

The service sent out 12,672 invitations for information, and has seen 7,980 people request and receive the content.
