Objective

To communicate information relating, to services and facilities within the store. To provide a wider and comprehensive information service on buying and visiting the store. To be communicated out at no cost and built for consumer convenience.

Implementation

2 bluPRO Servers were installed into the premises plus facilities to allow full control and remote access by ourselves, allowing automatic updates, content renewal and statistical reports. Passers by and visitors then have unlimited access to send and receive information whilst within the proximity.

Date Installed

February 2010.

Result

The service sent out 48,002 invitations for information, and has seen 22,503 people request and receive the content.
