Communicate information relating, to services and facilities within the centre.

Objective

To communicate information relating, to services and facilities within the centre. To provide a wider and comprehensive information service for Cardiff as a whole, offering access to maps, business listings, tourist information, travel information, the ability to report a crime and circulate missing persons details. To be communicated out at no cost and built for consumer convenience.

Implementation

Fixed Blu static points were located within the shopping centre complex. When customers enter the centre they will receive a welcome message inviting them to download a java application to their phones - instantaneously and for free. The customer then has unlimited access to send and receive information whilst within the complex.
